Exeter had to be content with a point on Saturday following a 0-0 home draw against Grimsby.

In a match of few chances Richard Logan’s header was one of the best for Exeter, but this was saved by ‘keeper Phil Barnes. Peter Bore’s effort, which was cleared off the line by Matt Gill, was the closest that Grimsby came.

Grimsby’s Tom Newey was also lucky to escape with a booking, when a red card could’ve been issued on another day.

You can read about this on another Vital Football site, as the topic has also been covered in an article over on Vital Grimsby, by Clicking Here.

Do you think that the result was a fair reflection of the match?
