Exeter, who missed a penalty, had to be content with a point following 1-1 draw with Rotherham at St James Park on Tuesday.

Ben Watson (41) gave Exeter the lead just before the break and the striker had the chance to extend the lead from the spot, but he missed the penalty. The missed penalty came back to haunt the home side when Reuben Reid (66) converted a penalty of his own for Rotherham midway through the second half. The visiting ‘keeper David Stockdale denied the hosts a late win when he saved from Ryan Harley.
