The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Newport County this weekend.

Exeter City host Newport County on Saturday February 20 for the game at St James Park and the match carries a 1pm kick off.

Referee: Mark Heywood
Linesmen: Kevin Morris and Andrew Laver
Fourth Official: Chris Powell

Match Day referee Heywood (West Yorkshire) is yet to officiate an Exeter game this season.

He has however already taken in sixteen other matches so far in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and Football divisions, he has handed out a total of 50 yellow cards and three red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Barnet on August 25 with a total of six yellows shows. Birmingham and Nottingham Forest on September 15 also saw six.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
