Young striker Tom Nichols has this afternoon completed a permanent move to League One side Peterborough United.

The Academy graduate was expected to move on this window following his performances in the first half of the campaign, and he moves to London Road for an undisclosed fee.

Having been with us since Under 11 level, he made his Exeter debut as a 17 year old when he came off the bench in the game against Sheffield Wednesday.

His maiden senior goal came against Chesterfield the day before his 18th birthday.

In his years with us, he played in 113 games scoring 34 times and the last of those came in his last appearance for us in the two one victory over Accrington Stanley at St James Park.
