Tisdale Not Planning Signings

Paul Tisdale has said that he doesn’t expect many, if any, changes at the club in January.

The Exeter manager has kept virtually the same squad that got his side promoted to League Two last season and Tisdale maintains that he is happy with this squad: ‘I’m certainly not chasing anybody, I’m very happy with what we’ve got at the moment,’ Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon. ‘But if there’s a player that fits the bill and won’t upset the balance of the side then we have the ability to bring a player in on another salary.

‘We’ve had a very good season, we’re nicely placed and I think we can improve the side without new signings.

‘I’ve got plenty of confidence and commitment in the players we currently have in this squad.’

Do you think that Exeter would be better served looking to bring in some new players this month, or do you think that Paul Tisdale is right with his belief that those he has are more than good enough?
