Paul Tisdale reflects on his sides 1-0 defeat at Aldershot on Saturday, and the mess the closing stages were.

The Exeter manager was stunned by the final half an hour of the game, and the lack of discipline shown by both sides, but all in all thinks a draw might have been a fair result: ‘It’s very hard for me to quantify what I think because the last half hour was a mess,’ Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon. ‘Both teams were a little ill-disciplined and the referee could have controlled it better.

‘I think we had the better of the first half and you could say they had the better of the second half.’
