Gill Scoops Player Award

Matt Gill has been awarded the League Two Player of the Month for September.

The Exeter midfielder won the award ahead of Bury’s Andy Bishop, Shrewsbury’s Ben Davies and Wycombe’s Scott Shearer after scoring 4 goals in as many matches. Prior to that the 27-year-old had only managed 10 goals in his entire career before that!
