Plymouth Argyle have recalled winger Craig Noone from fierce rivals Exeter City with immediate effect.

Noone enjoyed a successful loan spell at St. James Park, scoring two goals in seven games, including an excellent strike against Brentford last Saturday.

This move was on the cards when Argyle manager Paul Sturrock recently announced a review of all players out on loan. Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale was disappointed to lose Noone, but said to the official website he would be welcome back at Exeter, “If the opportunity arises in the future, we will be delighted to bring him back to St. James Park”.
